We assess the connections your tools support, then build around the workflow. That might mean an assistant that finds approved information, prepares a response or passes a task between systems. Access permissions and human review are part of the design.
How would we build it together?
We map one useful workflow, test a focused prototype and evaluate it with your team. Before a wider rollout, we agree permissions, review points, failure handling and who will maintain the system.

Can we use AI with sensitive information?
We start with your requirements: where information is processed and stored, who can access it, retention, and any provider training terms. We assess the controls with your team before choosing a setup. Private hosting alone does not establish security or compliance.
Does it have to run on our own hardware?
No. Options can include a managed model service, a self-hosted model in a private cloud, or hardware you own. We compare control, capability, running costs and maintenance against your workload and requirements.
Would we need to fine-tune a model?
Not always. Retrieval brings relevant, approved documents into an answer when needed. Fine-tuning adapts a model’s behavior using training examples. We can help with either, but test what your use case needs first. Neither replaces access controls or evaluation.
